On Saturday 12th April 2025, myself and Ciaran Globel painted a tribute to two Scottish legends — Sir Billy Connolly and the late, great John Byrne — inspired by Byrne’s 2002 portrait Billy Connolly, Entertainer.

We created a 16ft mural of a bare-naked, streaking Billy sprinting through Nelson Mandela Place in Glasgow. It’s still up — for now. So grab yourself a lucky bum rub while you can… and make a wish.
